	A completely renovated two bedroom hi-specification holiday retreat situated only yards from Mousehole harbour / beach in the very centre of this village. The infamous and quaint little fishing harbour renowned worldwide for its beauty and its spectacular Christmas Lights display. As its name suggests “Kitchen Cottage” was once the main kitchen and stores building for the well known Lobster Pot Hotel. Now beautifully converted to a two bedroom dwelling available for holiday use.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday and short breaks are also available so please do visit us in the Winter and other off peak times as well!. The Harbour at Mousehole (Mowz'l)	The cottage itself lavishly furnished with modern kitchen / diner including dishwasher and microwave. All stainless steel appliances and accessories. Pine Table with four solid beach chairs and pine dresser compliment the kitchens solid pine board floors and clean décor. Comfortable lounge area with solid pine board flooring and rug. Twin leather sofas and footstool, hardwood coffee table, brass up-lighter/reading light, high quality flat panel TV with Freeview, DVD player and CD/tape stereo system. A good selection of books, DVD’s and board games are provided to complete the theme for your total relaxation.
Both bedrooms carpeted, One double room and one twin room both furnished to high standard with new beds / linen and duvets and solid pine and hardwood wardrobes and chests / mirrors. Bathroom suite with shaver point and non-slip flooring. The cottage also boasts its own private courtyard with table and chairs / parasol and chiminea BBQ. Electricity and heating via storage heaters is free. All Bed linen and duvets provided. High chair and travel cot available if required (we do not provide cot bedding) 2 mins away from all amenities including newsagents, post office, telephone kiosk, bus stop, grocers, cafes, pubs and restaurants and many art and craft shops and Picture galleries – all within a short walking distance. Parking available in harbour car parks.
